What is a pressing window?

Each SPINE No. capsule has a limited ordering window — a set number of days where orders are open. When the window closes, that's it. We send everything to production, fulfill the run, and that capsule is permanently closed. No restocks. No second runs.


Why don't you just keep popular items in stock?

Because scarcity is the point. Every piece in your collection should mean something. The window is what makes it real.


How many items are in each capsule?

Each capsule is small and tightly curated. Typically a core garment, an upper piece, and an accessory or object. Mix varies each time.


How do I know when the next window opens?

Join the list. Members get early access announcements before anything goes public. Sign up at the bottom of any page.

PERSONALIZATION


What does "personalized" mean?

For items that offer personalization, your member name, collector handle, or initials are added to a dedicated area on the garment. It's a small, clean custom touch that makes your piece unique. No two are exactly alike.


What should I put for my member name?

Your name, online handle, initials, or a nickname. Up to 20 characters. No special characters.


Can I leave the personalization blank?

Yes — just leave the field empty at checkout and we'll produce it without the detail.


Can I change my personalization after ordering?

Only within 24 hours. After that, your order is in production. Contact us immediately at if you need to adjust.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING


When will my order ship?

All capsule items are produced in full once the pressing window closes to ensure maximum quality control. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping. In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking once your order is on its way.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We use standard tracked shipping on all orders.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Tracking number sent via email once your order ships. You may also check your orders/tracking in the customer portal at the top of every page.

RETURNS & QUALITY


What is your return policy?

Due to our products being available in a Limited Pressing capsule, all items must be unworn. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If there's a quality issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.


My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us with your order number and photos of the damage within 14 days of delivery. We'll sort it out.


What sizes do you carry?

Each product page lists full size charts with measurements. We recommend checking measurements rather than going by your usual size.
