Every SPINE No. drop is made to order. That means your piece is printed specifically for you the moment you place your order — no warehouse, no overstock, no waste. Because of this, our policy reflects the reality of print-on-demand fulfillment.

All Sales Are Final


SPINE No. releases are limited, numbered drops. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:


• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong size

• Color appearing slightly different on your screen vs. in person


Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. When in doubt, size up — our blanks typically run true to size. See "product information" on the product you are interested in for specifics.

We've Got You Covered: Defects, Damage & Wrong Items


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no hassle.


You're eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:


• The item is visibly damaged or flawed (print quality issues, holes, misprints)

• You received the wrong item or size

• The package was lost in transit (after carrier investigation)


To file a claim:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:


1. Your order number

2. A clear photo of the issue (required)

3. A brief description


We'll review and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

Exchanges


We don't offer direct exchanges due to the limited nature of each drop. If a replacement is approved, it will be the same item/size from your original order (subject to availability — if a run is sold out, a refund will be issued instead).

Refund Processing


Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

A Note on Limited Drops


Each SPINE No. piece carries a catalog number — once a drop is gone, it's gone. That scarcity is the point. Please order intentionally, consult the size guide, and reach out before you buy if you have questions.
