Shipping policy

Every SPINE No. piece is made to order through our production partner. That means your item is created specifically for you after checkout — not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Please review the timeline below before placing your order.


Production Time

Before your order ships, it must be produced.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production after your order is placed. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Orders are not produced on weekends or holidays. During active capsule windows, high order volume may push production closer to the higher end of the estimate.

These delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, and peak-season volume may affect delivery times.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another regional carrier, depending on your location and the production facility handling your order.

Carrier and tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages if items are produced at different facilities or require different production methods.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.


Where We Ship

SPINE No. ships to regions supported by our fulfillment partner. Available shipping destinations may vary by product, production facility, and carrier availability.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or VAT charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Once production begins, we may not be able to edit, redirect, or cancel an order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check around your delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, or building management.
  2. Check with neighbors or household members.
  3. Wait 2–3 business days, as some carriers mark packages delivered before final delivery.
  4. Contact us if the package is still missing after that window.

We will work with you where possible, but SPINE No. is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.


Made-to-Order Notice

Because SPINE No. products are made to order, production starts shortly after checkout. Please keep this in mind when ordering for a specific date or event.

Limited capsule items may not be restocked once a pressing window closes.
