RARE UNCIRCULATED 'ERROR' SLIPCOVER. Vinegar Syndrome messed up and spelled Paul Verhoeven's name wrong on the slipcover and had to destroy all of the misspelled slips before the product shipped. This is the only one I know of that actually made it out. A rare collector's 1 of 1 variant.
